Sustainable Melbourne Fund’s CEO, Scott Bocskay, has been nominated for a WME Leaders List award among a worthwhile line up of environment and sustainability champions within Australian organisations.
Australia’s leading environment business publisher, WME Magazine, has nominated our very own Scott Bocskay for introducing Environmental Upgrade Agreements to Australia.
WME Magazine announced nominees across 5 categories from Corporate Sustainability to X-Factor of which Scott Bocskay is part of in the Energy & Carbon category with one vote allowed per category.
As a member of the leadership team at the Clinton Foundation, Scott was part of the pitch for EUA legislation to Victorian Government back in 2010. Now, as our captain at Sustainable Melbourne Fund, Scott holds sole administrative responsibility for the first 4 EUAs signed in Australia, in Melbourne. NSW now has with 4 councils offering EUA programs and its first 2 EUAs signed in City of Sydney and City of Parramatta; and South Australia is considering EUA legislation.
